mood: happy.
listening to: almost famous.
reading: a clockwork orange - still.
last meal: apple pie and whipped cream.
current annoyance: shit shift tomorrow.
so here i sit upstairs watching almost famous for the ten millionth time.
i think its one of the best movies of all time.
william miller <3
i wish i had the extended edition.
i wish i was like penny lane she so amazing.
anyways.
so tattoos.
strange topic but its been on my mind quite alot.
always is.
everytime i see ink i drool.
and im obsessed with london ink, la ink and miami ink.
and i've always said if i ever do get ink it will mean the most to me.
and this does.
the only thing that it troubling me is placement.
i think my shoulder blade.
im not affraid of pain.
everywhere would hurt pretty much i guess.
but this the reason which i've given alot of thought to.
an illustration from alices adventures in wonderland.
the john tennil illustrations
when alice is holding a flamingo.
the meaning behind it is like.
alice is sorta a major icon in my life.
to me its a story of loss of innocene in a way.
and childhood goes hand in hand with curiousity and im continuously curious and so is alice.
shes like the girl after my own heart.
like a young girl traveling through a strange land on her own meeting strange people and creatures and all she wants is where shes from.
so to mee it symbolises my childhood.
being 18 im technically an adult.
and my childhood meant alot to me.
so im like alice.
no matter where i travel the one place i want to return to is my childhood.
and her holding the flamingo is kinda like the nonsense that surronds the story and what nonsense that went on in my childhood.
for those unfamilar with this image here it is.
in tattoo form and illustration.
the only thing that is troubling me moree is black and gray or colour.
but that will come closer to when i do decide to take the plunge.
so thats that.
and look at my hair.
my gosh.
i got it cut awhile ago.
and so i straightened it to see how long it was and i was shocked.
and thats that.
